Presbytery Volunteer Day – Sept. 30

September 30 is Presbytery Volunteer Day at the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Please plan to help sort, organize and pack recently donated food and personal care products for distribution to over 600 local partner agencies from 1 – 4 PM at the ACFB warehouse, 732 Joseph Lowery Blvd., N.W. Atlanta, GA 30318. Volunteers must be age 8 or older. Those under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older. One adult must accompany every 4 children age 8-12 and 1 adult must accompany every 8 youth. Parking is available and free! Bring a can of food or $1 to contribute (Each dollar is worth $9 at the ACFB!). Wear closed-toe shoes and anticipate moving to music as you serve others.
