Alleluias Abound, Summer Singers Concert on August 30 at 3 p.m.

Please save Sunday, August 30, at 3 p.m. to attend the annual Summer Singers concert at St. Andrews.

The Lilburn Summer Singers practice Monday nights at St. Andrews for their three summer concerts and want to invite everyone in Tucker to attend the concert on August 30, 3 p.m. at St. Andrews.  The Singers will host a reception after the concert to thank the church and the people of Tucker for their support.
The Summer Singers, directed by Ed Weaver, sing only pieces by American composers and concentrate on acapella compositions.  For 2015 the Singers will perform three different Alleluias by Randall Thompson, Ralph Manual and Eric Whitacre. Songs also come from the Colonial songbook, spirituals and selections from Broadway’s “Wicked.” You will hear and be delighted with something in this concert!
