This Sunday is designated as World Communion Sunday, which celebrates our oneness in Christ with all our brothers and sisters around the world. The sanctuary will include visual reminders of our connections with Christians around the world. We’ll share the Lord’s Supper and taste different bread representing the diversity present at Christ’s table.
The Worship Ministry invites anyone who speaks another language to be a part of this service through scripture reading, prayers, or serving Communion if you are ordained.
If you have items from other countries that can be used as decoration, the Worship Ministry would love to incorporate these items Sunday. If you have the gift of baking, loaves of bread would be welcomed.
