Fall Generosity Campaign to Begin

“Think of us in this way, as servants of Christ and stewards of God’s mysteries. Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found trustworthy.” 2 Corinthians 4:1-2 (NRSV) Stewards of God’s mysteries! What intriguing words from the apostle Paul. In these verses from his second letter to the Corinthians, Paul begins to unpack this fascinating idea. Good stewards are trustworthy servants of Christ. You are invited, beginning on Sunday, October 1st to discover what it means to be found faithful in giving to God. We will learn how to become more faithful stewards as we explore what it means to be: found faithful; faithful in little; faithful with much; and faithful with all. Each week we will focus on one of these concepts during worship in creative and inviting ways. Then, on October 22nd we will join one another in presenting our estimates or commitments of giving in support of the ministry and mission to which we are called as St. Andrews Presbyterian Church.
