Lenten Creation Care

Consumerism, the theory that it is economically desirable to increasingly consume goods, is a mindset that costs our society more than the sticker price. As the demand for goods increases, humanity and Creation suffer from increased pollutant emissions, deforestation, land use changes, depletion of water and other natural resources, extinctions and excessive waste products. The Caring for Creation Team advocates for reducing materialistic possessions, increasing recycling, and re-purposing goods. Click here, here, or here for more information.
