A new session is beginning for the Monday/Thursday Fall Aerobic Dance Session, The theme is DANCE LIKE THERE IS HEAVEN ON EARTH. It runs Monday, September 16 through December 20. New exercise friends are always welcome.  Come dance, exercise, play and have fun!
