St. Andrews Presbyterian Church

St. Andrews provides Clifton Sanctuary Ministries with the evening meal on the fourth Sunday of the month, and this Sunday is our special day. The deacons are providing a meal, and we would love to take some extra donations to Clifton to help them in their mission to house and nurture their clients.

If you’re inclined to help, bring your donations at 4 p.m. this Sunday, January 23 to the entrance of Heffner Hall. Things Clifton always need are:

  • Toilet paper & Paper Towels
  • 5lb roll of ground beef
  • Paper Napkins
  • Eggs
  • Liquid laundry detergent
  • “to go” boxes for meals
  • Coffee
  • Fresh Fruits and veggies

2022 is wide open to sign up to provide a meal. Organize a meal for 15 to 20 people – whether several people cooking or buying, and then deliver it on the designated Sunday around 5 p.m. Due to the pandemic, in recent months, we have handed off the meal outside and haven’t gone indoors to serve the meal, so this is a safe, contact-free activity. Click this link to sign up. If you have questions or concerns, contact Mike Bearden. If you can organize and get a meal ready, but can’t deliver it, we can help arrange delivery to Clifton.
