Got batteries? Let’s recycle them! Many types of batteries contain toxic metals and chemicals that can harm our environment if not properly handled after use.  The good news is that many battery components can be recycled into new batteries and/or other products. Our Caring for Creation team will be collecting household batteries for recycling through 3-15. Look for the battery collection box in the narthex.

  • We’re collecting household batteries only, up to 9 volts or lantern-sized.

Please contact Margaret Ellingson, 770-891-0858 with any questions.

AV Volunteers Needed You don’t have to be a technical person to work our AV board – promise! You’ll get plenty of training, and another volunteer will mentor you until you feel confident to be the Worship Tech by yourself. Please contact Phyllis Bearden  or make her Sunday by talking to her after worship and offering to help. You can talk to Curtis Morse, Jeff Davis, or Josh Price – they know everything you need to know.
